Composites based on graphene as a two-dimensional,play an important role in many fields such as chemistry, biomedicine and many others,Because of their unique physical and chemical properties, composites based on graphene have a wide application prospect and practical value in the field of antiviral research.Graphene oxide and graphene quantum dots have features of high chemical stability, characteristics of easy modification, good biocompatibility and low toxicity;silver nanoparticles are natural antiviral materials.Based on the above advantages, this article have controlled synthesis of graphene silver composite and functional graphene quantum dots(QDs)uesd on the inhibition of the proliferation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus to evaluated the effects, and explain their antiviral mechanism. The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Electrostatic adsorption strategy is used to functionalize graphene oxide with silver nanoparticles to synthesize graphene oxide silver composites. At the concentration of 4 ?g/mL,the virus was directly acted on the virus or reincubated with the cell then infected with virus, and the results showed that the virus had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of the virus and the degree of inhibition could reach a titer when the nanomaterial incubated with cells before infected with virus.Further, through the analysis of the plaque assays of entry process and fluorescence quantitative experiments,we can conclude that graphene oxide achieve its antiviral effect mainly by inhibiting the penetration process of the virus and stimulating the cells to release interferon and its downstream genes.(2)The graphene quantum dots, which are surface modified with hydroxyl groups, amino groups and sulphur, are synthesized by a bottom-up chemical synthesis, which can be used as an virus attach inhibitor. The experiment results show that the aminated and sulfurated graphene quantum dots are good inhibitors against the virus attachment. The sulfurated graphene quantum dots mimic the heparin receptor on the surface of the cell, will competely adsorb the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, which greatly reduces the opportunity for the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus to adsorb cells and thus has a good inhibitory effect. This paper, based on graphene silver and functional graphene quantum dots, evaluated their anti-porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus activity, fully developed low toxicity and multifunctional antiviral nanomaterials. It further expanded the application of nanomaterials based on graphene in the field of antiviral research. At the same time, the molecular biology and virus research were combined. The antiviral mechanism of graphene oxide-silver composites and graphene quantum dots were preliminarily elucidated.
