Soft magnetic material is one of the most important electronic functional materials in national life.The static magnetic parameter is the major parameter to measure the performance of soft magnetic material.Based on GB/T 13012-2008 National Standard for static parameters measurement of soft magnetic materials and combined with the design of an electronic integrator,the subject is obtained the static magnetic parameter by integrating and processing the induced electromotive force generated from the measuring coil according to the law of electromagnetic induction,and to study on magnetic characteristics measurement of soft magnetic materials.Based on the national standards for the measurement of static magnetic parameters of soft magnetic materials,combined with the inadequacies of the magnetometer at home and abroad,the following works were completed in this paper:(1)Analyzing and summarizing the related literatures of static magnetic characteristic parameters and measurement technology of soft magnetic materials,the overall design of this paper is determined by combining the measurement methods of static magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials;(2)The design of the analog integrator and the circuit are completed,and the electronic integrator is replaced of the impact galvanometer to complete the integration of the small signal;(3)The hardware circuit and program design of the data acquisition system are completed;(4)The PC software of the static magnetic parameter data processing of soft magnetic material based on LabVIEW is designed to solve the problem of large amount of data calculation;(5)The voltage amplitude circuit,the pulse width signal circuit and the control circuit of the volt-second generator were designed and completed to achieve integrator calibration combining with the principle of calibrating analog integrator with volt-second generator.(6)The magnetic flux constant was obtained by calibrating the integrator,and the accuracy of calibrating the integrator with different volt-second signals and calibrating the integrator with the same volt-second signal with different amplitude pulse width were analyzed.Conclusion: The accuracy of the static magnetic parameter measurement system of soft magnetic materials was tested by using six kinds of soft magnetic materials as test samples.The experimental results showed that the static magnetic parameters of soft magnetic materials could be measured effectively by the measurement system designed in this paper,and the measurement error was less than 5%,the design requirements.The availability and feasibility of the design based on the integrator of the static parameter measurement technology of soft magnetic material was verified.
