As one of heavy metals,Cadmium plays an important role in the industrial production.area.But it will cause serious harm once the Cadmium content surpass environmental tolerances.Controlling Cadmium pollution has become a challenging work. Many studies found that varieties of edible fungi play an important role in transformation and enrichment of heavy metals.Excessive amounts of reports also common occurance mainly concentrated in the lead,Cadmium, arsenic.Agaricus bisporus is one of the edible fungi, which has strong ability of enrichment of heavy metals. It can enrich heavy metals beyond enviro nmental background values. But current studies only concerntrate on the primary exploration, the mechanism of it is still unkown. Therefore, exploring the molecular mechanism of Cadmium enrichment is important,Only by this can it is used to ameliorate Cadmium pollution. In this study,we take the mushroom AS2796 as an example, and add different gradient of Cd2+ to the PDA medium to observe the different changes of them.Through RNA-seq,we will find the differentially expressed genes.our study found that Cadmium has a significant impact on antioxidant system, especially in APX,SOD,POD,GR and GSH.The activities of them are all fall after rising first. And by measuring the electrical conductivity of the membrane,we found that cell membrane structure is in good condition. With the analysis of RNA-seq,we detect 5176 differentially expressed genes, including 2590 raised genes,2586 down-regulated genes.GO analysis showed that the different expressed genes mainly enriched in metabolic process,KEGG analysis also show that its mainly involved in the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and antibiotics.Through a comprehensive analysis,we won a large number of transcription of agaricus bisporus, and laid the foundation for further study and its application.
