There are rich microbial resources in lakes,including many potential and functional new species which are of important research value.In this paper,8 samples of different lakes Nanhaizi,Erlianhaizi,Liutiehaizi,which belonged to the Neimenggu Province;Datunhai,Qingshuihai,Yunlongtianchi,which belonged to the Yunnan Province;Caohai which belonged to the Guizhou Province and Sayram which belonged to the Xinjiang Province were collected to study the composition of bacterial community by pure culture sequencing technology,as well as to excavate potential new antibiotic resources.Inoculation method was used to screen functional bacteria that could resist the resistant pathogens(Staphylococcus aureus and Acinetobacter baumannii).The results are as follows:1.Analysis of cultivable bacterial diversity in 8 lake samplesThe results showed that 477 bacterial strains were isolated from 8 lake samples,distributed in 4 phylum,120 genera and 258 species.In different lake samples,most of the culturable bacteria were Proteobacteria,while the abundance of Firmicutes,Bacteroides and Actinobacteria were relatively low.47 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Nanhaizi lake,distributed in 4 phylum,22 genera and 34 species;69 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Datunhai lake,distributed in 4 phylum,39 genera and 50 species;84 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Caohai lake,distributed in 4 phylum,32 genera and 48 species;60 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Sayram lake,distributed in 4 phylum,36 genera and 58 species;61 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Erlianhaizi lake,distributed in 4 phylum,34 genera and 45 species;51 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Qingshuihai lake,distributed in 3 phylum,21 genera and 36 species;55 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Liutiehaizi lake,distributed in 4 phylum,29 genera and 41 species;50 bacterial strains were isolated from the sample of the Yunlongtianchi lake,distributed in 3 phylum,17 genera and 18 species.6 potential new genus and 72 new species were isolated.2.Screening of antagonistic bacteria for screening bacteria from 7 lakes samples.We sorted 20 antagonistic strains among 417 strains,isolated from 7 lake samples except Sayram lake.We found 1 strain isolated from Nanhaizi lake sample,which was resistant to S.aureus;3 strains isolated from Datunhai lake sample,which were resistant to S.aureus;1 strain isolated from Caohai lake sample,which was resistant to S.aureus and A.baumannii;3 strains isolated from Erlianhaizi lake sample,which were resistant to S.aureus and A.baumannii;6 strains isolated from Qingshuihai lake sample,which was resistant to S.aureus;1 strain isolated from Liutiehaizi lake sample,which was resistant to S.aureus;5 strains isolated from Yunlongtianchi lake sample,which was resistant to A.baumannii.3.Sequenced 4 antagonistic strains and bioinformatic analysisWe further studied 4 strains(CH44,DT12,NS0302 and T009),which were strongly resistant to S.aureus or A.baumannii.Secondary metabolism gene clusters of these four strains were analyzed by the antiSMASH.The products of these gene clusters may play a certain role in resistant to S.aureus or A.baumannii.4.Polyphasic studies on 7 bacterial strainsIn order to develop the microbial resources,7 strains isolated from different samples in early stage were identified by polyphasic taxonomy.Strain XJNYT which was isolated from Sayram lake,Xinjiang Province is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Confluentibacter citreus sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Confluentibacter citreus sp.nov.is XJNYT(=KCTC 52638T=MCCC 1H00183T).Strain XJSPT which was isolated from Sayram lake,Xinjiang Province is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Pseudorhodobacter roseum sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Pseudorhodobacter roseum sp.nov.is XJSPT(= KCTC 52636T=MCCC 1H00184T).Strain HJR7T which was isolated from from the coastal area of Weihai is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Marinobacter salexigens sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Marinobacter salexigens sp.nov.is HJR7T(=KCTC 52545T = MCCC 1H00176T).Strain am2T which was isolated from from the coastal area of Weihai is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Algoriphagus marinus sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Algoriphagus earinus sp.nov.is am2T(=KCTC 52549T=MCCC 1H00178T).Strain U0105T which was isolated from from the coastal area of Weihai is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Alteromonas sediminis sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Alteromonas sediminis sp.nov.is U0105T(=KCTC 62080T=MCCC 1H00298T).Strain WS2-14T which was isolated from a sea cucumber culture pond located in Rongcheng,Shandong province is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Polaribacter tangerinus sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Polaribacter tangerinus sp.nov.is WS2-14T(=KCTC 52275T=MCCC 1H00163T).Strain SS2-9T which was isolated from a sea cucumber culture pond located in Rongcheng,Shandong province is presented as a representative of a novel species,for which the name Aquimarina rubra sp.nov.is proposed.The type strain of Aquimarina rubra sp.nov.is SS2-9T(=KCTC 52274T=MCCC 1H00142T).
