In this paper,based on the investigation of a large number of methods for predicting the transverse wave of carbonate rocks at home and abroad,the method and experience of the geophysical transverse wave prediction are selected for reference,and improved on the basis of the predecessors.The accuracy analysis and method of carbonate shear wave prediction of carbonate rocks in the Sichuan AGM area are analyzed.The carbonate reservoir in AGM area is a typical group of karst reservoir,which is distributed in the platform margin belt of 2900 square kilometers.The reserves of natural gas are astonishing and have great potential for exploration and development.However,the heterogeneity of the reservoir is very strong and the geological structure is very complex.At the same time,the basic theoretical study on the exploration and development of carbonate rock reservoirs is lack.The main text of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is preface: the main purpose and significance of the paper are reviewed,and the domestic and foreign research status of the carbonate transverse wave prediction method is briefly introduced.The second chapter introduces the prediction process based on the rock elastic parameters in detail,and the parameters setting and influencing factors of the rock physical model are also carried out.The third chapter mainly introduces the adaptive Xu Payne model,from the classic Xu Payne model to the improved Xu Payne model,to predict the pore vertical and horizontal ratio by inversion to carry out the related shear wave prediction and the accuracy analysis.The fourth chapter introduces the application effect of BP neural network in the actual work area,and improves the algorithm of local optimal solution of BP neural network,and combines the BFO bacterial foraging algorithm.The fifth chapter introduces the general situation of the research area,and studies and analyses the basic data set,mainly including statistical analysis of basic data sets,rock physics rendezvous analysis and model evaluation.Finally,the results of the three models are compared and analyzed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,summarizes the relevant research results and understanding,and puts forward the next research proposal.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)the paper has obtained abundant theoretical research results,summarized the methods for predicting the shear wave of commonly used carbonate rocks,and improved the traditional methods.(2)the pore aspect of the improved Xu-Payne model is obtained from the inversion,thus achieving the adaptive effect in the whole model,and has a great advantage for the prediction of the transverse wave velocity information of the single well.(3)using bionic algorithm into BP neural network algorithm,the accuracy of the final result and the efficiency of model training are improved.
