Recent years,regional atmospheric environmental problems in China are becoming more and more prominent,and the air pollution is severe.The deep advancement of industrialization and urbanization causes the continuous increasing of energy consumption.And the pressure of the control of air pollution is always growing.In 2013,Air pollution Action Plan(No.37)was issued by the State Council,which greatly improved the air quality and established the system for the control of air pollution.However,the current air pollution is still very serious.The 19th CPC National Congress has made an important arrangement for the construction of ecological civilization and the increasing green development.In all,the control of air pollution has become an important people's livelihood which draws attentions of the government and the people and the whole society.In this essay,the author analyzed the air pollution characteristics of Zhumadian based on the2015 to 2017 observation dates from the 30 meteorological stations and 29 environmental protection sites in Zhumadian,Henan province,with the help of the analysis software such as ARCGIS and SPSS.Mainly analyzing the correlation between the main atmospheric pollutant concentrations and meteorological conditions,designing and testing the air quality forecast and early warning system as well.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The number of mild pollution days of Zhumadian in 2015-2017 accounted for 40%50%of the total number of days,while air quality improved slightly in the last two years,but it was not obvious.The number of mild pollution days decreased,but moderate pollution days have increased trend,the air pollution situation is still more serious.(2)The concentration values of PM10,PM2.5 and SO2 in the four main atmospheric pollutants of Zhumadian have been gradually decreasing year by year,but the concentration of O3 increasing year by year,and the concentration of NO2 has not obviously changed.The concentration values of the main air pollutants are PM10,O3,PM2.5,NO2 and SO2 in order from large too small.During the three years from2015 to 2017,the most important pollutants in Zhumadian air pollution occurred in the order of PM2.5,PM10 and O3.Concentrations of atmospheric pollutants in PM10,PM2.5 and NO23 species reached their highest in the winter,with the lowest value in summer.The change of O3 concentration showed the opposite trend.In Zhumadian area,the whole manifestation of PM10 and PM2.5 concentration have a gradual decline of the trend from the urban area to the suburbs,even to the county,centered as the industrial agglomeration area and has an obvious level distribution.(3)There is a negative correlation between air pollutant concentration and air temperature and precipitation,among which there is a significant negative correlation between air pollution and air temperature,that is,the concentration of pollutants decreases with the increase of temperature.The wind speed is positively correlated with air pollution under the condition of static wind,especially under the condition of static wind.And the strong precipitation makes effects on the particulate matter,but the weak precipitation increases the relative humidity of the air,which is not beneficial to the diffusion of the pollutants,and the concentration of the large particulate pollutants in the air is increased.The change trend of pollutant concentration has a mixed correlation with humidity and air pressure,which is affected by urban heat island effect.The concentration of pollutants is negatively correlated with air pressure as a whole,and at the same time it also shows a positive correlation.The correlation between pollutant concentration and humidity trend is complex,and different pollutants have different features.(4)The air quality forecast and early warning system is designed to realize the forecast of air quality pollution trend for the next three days in Zhumadian,and to generate forecast and cormprehensive analysis products.At the same time,the forecast results are evaluated and tested.
