With the continuous development of the computational fluid dynamics,and the constant application of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt about the treat-ment of liver cirrhosis,how to reduce portal hypertension by establish new loop of vascular to increase liver perfusion and reduce hepatic encephalopathy is becaming an important subject.Through the software of GAMBIT,MIMICS and 3-MATIC,in this paper,we built the geometric model of hepatic vascula by the actual computed tomog-raphy images.Studying on the hemodynamics by FLUENT and processing data by CFD-post to research how to build intrahepatic shunt to preferably treatment of portal hypertension.We establish a function of F to evaluate the effect of shunt.Through constant simulation and statistical analysis,several conclusions have been drawn.(1)If the stent of location(d),diameter(D)and angle(?)are constant on the branch of portal vein,the smaller the radius of the branch of portal vein,the larger of the drop of pressure(?P)about the cross section of portal vein.(2)If the stent of location(d),diameter(D)and angle(?)are constant on the branch of portal vein,the effect of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt is better on the left of portal vein than on the right of portal vein.It is to say,the numerical value of F is bigger after the surgery.(3)If the stent of diameter(D)and angle(?)are constant on the left of portal vein,the shorter of the location(d),the larger of the drop of pressure(?P)about the cross section of portal vein;the longer of the location(d),the smaller of the drop of pressure(?P)about the cross section of portal vein.(4)If the stent of diameter(D)and angle(a)are constant on the left of portal vein,the shorter of the location(d),the more of mass flow rate from the superior mesenteric vein(SMV);the longer of the location(d),the less of mass flow rate from SMV.(5)If the stent of location(d)is constant on the left of portal vein,the angle of the stent is suitable angle(?')and the diameter of the stent is 6mm,the numerical value of F is bigger after the surgery.the ?' is calculated by the formula of the paper.
