This project of thesis comes from:Study on the mechanism of biodrying process for the excess sludge(the national natural science fund,No.51208313).Biological drying has the advantages of low energy consumption,small investment,short cycle,and small occupying space.It can make the sludge reduced,dehydrated and harmless,so biodrying attracts more and more attentionas a preprocessing technology of economy,energy saving,environmental protectionInrelated literatures,the study on the changes of moisture content in the process of biodrying is more,there were little research onmicroorganismsinvolved inbiodrying.In order to study further the mechanism of drying process,shortening the biologicaldrying cycle and reducing the cost,the author established a drying bioreactors,determining the changes of pH and temperature,thermophilic bacterial number and the amount of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetesin in the biodrying process.According to the rules of changes,the paperfound that inner microbial community successionhas an effect on the changes of pH in the biodrying reaction.By changing the types of ventilation,the kind conditioner,material ratio and plus bacterium agent,the paper researched the affecting factor of microbial community structure in the biodrying process.It provided operational instructionfor the biodrying.In this experiment,a total of 10 wild fungus were isolated.The paper found that ventilation rate could control microbial community succession.Adding five strains can quickly change the microbial community structure.After mutagenesis and preliminary screening,the paper selected bacteria,actinomyces,each 6 strains.By the contrastive experiment,the paper found that it takes respectively26h,28h,28h,30h,30hand36h to reach the maximumamount of dominant bacteria,with an average of about 30 h,when mutation strains TX1?TX3?TX4?TX6?TF1?TF4were added.The time is 10h less than the time when wild fungus were added.After combining six strains,with orthogonal experiment,when combinationB4 was added,material ratio of 6:1,in the ventilation rate of 150 L/h,and particle size of 3 to 6 mm,it takes 18h to reach the maximumamount.The time is 10h less than the time when a mutation strain was added.By analyzing 16srDNA sequence of the mutation strain,TX1 strains are Bacillus strains,TX2,TX4 strains are Acinetobacter strains,TX6 strains are Prolinoborus strains.TF1 strains are Prolinoborus strains,TF4 strains are Micromonospora strains.
