Urban Change Analysis Based On Multi-source Data

Cities are the concentrated areas of people's economic activities.With the rapid economic growth,urbanization has been vigorously promoted.How to rapidly develop sustainable cities has become a focus of social concern.The development of a city is affected by many factors such as economy and policy.Some regular factors,development issues,development environment and conditions in the process of urban development can affect and restrict the development of cities.The study of city change provides a new perspective for discovering the history of urban development,building a scientific charter for urbanization and strengthening the sustainable development of the city.Due to the wide distribution and large number of small cities and towns in China,the development of small towns has become the focus of China's promotion of urbanization.Since the reform and opening up,Xinchang County of Zhejiang Province has taken a new look in all aspects of society and economy.During the period of rising public urbanization appeals,the course of its development has typical and representative development of small towns.Therefore,we carried out studies on the urban changes in small cities and towns,conducted in-depth analysis of the coupled and coordinated development of the urban change course and the urban development level of Xinchang County,and quantitatively analyzed the temporal and spatial characteristics of its population,economy,and space from the time and space scales.Urban development issues,clarify the direction of urban development,promote Xinchang County and other small cities and towns that are in the process of rapid urbanization to embark on the road of healthy urbanization of urban and rural coordinated development.This paper used spatial information technology such as RS and GIS as a support,coupled with spatial analysis,geography theoretical model,and spatial measurement,and establishes a small town urban change analysis system based on "core single factor evaluation—comprehensive evaluation—correlation analysis”.The process of urban change and its internal evolution mechanism in Xinchang County,Zhejiang Province.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper identified the connotation of the urban transition analysis system and build a framework for urban transition analysis.The logical main line based on"core single factor evaluation-comprehensive evaluation-correlation analysis" is established to form a systematic urban change analysis process.At the same time,based on the methods of spatial measurement such as coupled spatial analysis and geography theoretical model,the methodological system of core factor analysis,comprehensive evaluation and correlation analysis in urban change analysis is studied.(2)Following the“core single factor assessment”approach,combining the development status of the research area and the major problems existing,the core single factor urban change analysis was conducted.The study found that Xinchang County has a small population growth and a small population flow from 2002 to 2016;With rapid growth,the industrial structure has been continuously adjusted,the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries has gradually increased,and the urban space has gradually shifted from external expansion to internal structural adjustment.Follow the“comprehensive evaluation”approach to determine the weight of comprehensive evaluation indicators and comprehensively evaluate and analyze the level of urban development over the years.The study found that the level of urban development in Xinchang County has generally risen from 2002 to 2014,it has fluctuated in 2014,and problems have arisen in urban development.Urban construction has generally grown year by year and is in line with the direction of urban changes.Urban population development and urban economic and social development have shown a downward trend in 2014,among which demographic changes are particularly evident.Based on the multi-factor correlation analysis method to study the coherence and development trend of urban transition,we found that the economic growth of Xinchang County was much faster than that of urban construction and population growth.The per capita economic value rose rapidly,and the people?s lives in Xinchang gradually improved;before 2008,urban construction was faster than population growth.The urban sprawl phenomenon has occurred.After 2008,urban expansion slowed down and the focus of urban construction shifted from peripheral expansion to internal adjustment.Xinchang's overall development is still in a transitional coordination period,and the improvement of the trend is more persistent.In general,historical trends are maintained.However,the degree of coordination between urban and rural development is still not high enough,and there is a large gap between educational input and income.Therefore,increasing invest:ment in rural education and increasing farmers? income are necessary ways to reduce the urban-rural differences.
