This paper takes the Jin 7 block of Huanxiling Oilfield in Liaohe Basin as its research object.The Jin 7 block is located on the south section of the first step belt in the western slope of the West Depression.The current peak steam stimulation throughput period has passed,and most of the oil wells have entered the late stage of development.The index of oil production and oil/gas ratio declines year by year.Oil well throughput is in a low-yield,low oil/vapor ratio and low-benefit condition.It is urgent to improve the development effect by transforming development methods.In response to the need to adjust geological studies for block development,a comprehensive study of geological stratification,structural interpretation,evaluation of sedimentary reservoirs,and three-dimensional geological modeling was conducted in this study to fully implement the geological characteristics of the block.Through the fine division and comparison of strata,the geological reunification of the whole region was achieved,subdivided into the sandstone group,and the reservoir evaluation unit was further refined;the threedimensional structural interpretation of the entire region was completed,and the low-order and minor faults and overall structural features within the block were further implemented.Through the analysis of phase marks,single well phase,and the division and description of plane facies,the development characteristics of sedimentary microfacies of each sandstone group are determined,and the location of dominant reservoirs in each depositional period is determined;on this basis,comprehensive reservoir research is carried out to implement the block.The characteristics of reservoir lithology,physical properties,and heterogeneity are evaluated by optimizing evaluation parameters to establish evaluation criteria for the evaluation of key reservoirs;classification and evaluation of the characteristics of the reservoirs and interlayers,and implementation of interlayers and layers between oil and sandstone formations The characteristics of the development of internal interlayers,the study of the distribution of oil and water,the development characteristics of oil reservoirs in each sandstone group,the calculation of reserves,the clear development and adjustment of material bases,and the analysis of monitoring data to clarify the current temperature,pressure,and formation water properties of blocks.Finally,on the basis of all the previous studies,the establishment of a three-dimensional geological model for the entire region was implemented.Visualization and systematic research results.Through this reserch,the geological foundation for the air injection assisted handling adjustment project in the study area has been laid,and research directions have also been provided for the development and adjustment of similar oil reservoirs.
