The Application And Development Of Digital Municipal Facilities Management System

With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the management of government departments affects the production and life of citizens at all times.The management of city is a complicated work,and it is always a work that affects the whole body.Facing the thorny problems existing in traditional urban management means,the development of digital technology provides a new theoretical basis and concept for "digital city management".Since 2005,the "digital city management" has gradually been built and operated in large and medium-sized cities nationwide.Coverage has been extended to many prefecture level cities and even some districts and counties.But in the process of construction and operation of these systems,there are still many problems,and some problems even seriously affect the normal urban management work.This paper is based on the project of digital city management system in Jiangjin District of Chongqing.It mainly studies the digital management requirements of all kinds of components under the current technical conditions,and the key technologies and methods to improve the data security and integrity.First of all,the development and application status of digital city at home and abroad,as well as the main problems are discussed.In view of the common problems arising from the operation of the system in the actual environment,this paper makes a careful analysis and research.Based on the project of digital city system construction in Jiangjin District of Chongqing City,the demand model of such system is formed on the basis of full investigation,and the detailed function and technical index are given.Including the classification of the components,geographical location,cadastral information,maintenance management and other aspects of the demand model.Accordingly,the basic system structure of the digital city component management system platform is established.The system is based on the GIS platform for a variety of technical integration,B/S mode implementation,friendly human-computer interaction interface,convenient and fast data modification,management mode.In view of the construction of digital command center and its data security,integrity,this paper puts forward the key technologies including database design and storage methods,data integrity and security,and completed the system analysis and design,and ultimately realize the function.According to the architecture design and system analysis,the system is developed and debugged.The system consists of 8 subsystems,1 external supporting environment,1 databases and some other related software.The main functions of the system have been basically realized,including the advanced functions of dual database hot standby,zero time difference switching and the timely editing of components.In the end of the article,the author puts forward the improvement and optimization of the system,and the direction of future research and application.This paper on China's part of city management and development and implementation of digital city and information resources to achieve interoperability,sharing and utilization of digital urban management,rational planning,overall construction,service to the role in the mass and so on,has the reference value for the planning and construction of digital city system in other city in the.
