Seismic exploration is an effective way for us to get the distribution of resources such as underground oil and gas. This paper designs a digital detection system based on the technology of seismic exploration,it combines the moving coil geophone with the module of digital acquisition and transmission, and completes the digital transformation of seismic wave signal inside the geophone and then transmits it,eliminating the defect that the traditional seismic geophone can easily be disturbed when transmitting analog signals. This paper analys the working principle of the moving coil geophone first. After that, the whole structure of the digital demodulation system based on FPGA is introduced in detail, the design and debugging of software and hardware are completed. In the laboratory environment, the data acquisition and transmission of 10 acquisition nodes are successfully realized. The IGLOO series low power FPGA of Microsemi company is used as the main controller.TI's C5000 serial low power DSP is used as the digital processor module. In signal acquisition, this design uses the 24 bit ?-? ADC which has high-precision and low-power characteristics. The data transmission section uses the communication technology based on Po E principle. In the process of communication,a custom transmission control protocol is used.At the same time, the system also has functions of geophone self detection, environmental measurement, power monitoring and power transmission control.According to the experimental results, the digital geophone designed in this paper has the advantages of small volume, low power consumption, reconfiguration and large dynamic range. The system can control the data acquisition and transmission of 100 Hz simulated seismic wave signal at the 3.84 Mbps data transmission rate,it lays the foundation for the next step of research and application.
