As a tree with beautiful tree shape and strong adaptability,it has high research value.In this paper,the effects of different fertilization on the growth characteristi cs of three-year-old high-quality seedling of Cunninghamia lanceolata were studied.The aim of this study was to explore different fertilization management measures,a nd to provide technical basis for the introduction and cultivation of Bamboo Grass.The main results are as follows:(1)Nitrogen fertilizer and nitrogen and phosphorus were significantly increased by 45.65mg/kg and 49.98mg/kg,respectively.Phosphorus fertilizer and nitrogen a nd phosphorus were significantly increased by the application of phosphorus fertilize r and available phosphorus.3.54 mg/kg up to 62.19mg/kg.The activities of soil inverta se,urease,phosphatase and catalase all increased in the case of applying nitrogen fertilizer.And in the case of combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus,the activities of soil i nvertase,urease and catalase increased significantly,but the soil phosphatase activity decre ased.(2)The contents of C,N and P in leaves and soils showed some changes in th e process of plant growth and development,and the demand for nutrients reached t he peak at the peak of plant growth.(P<0.05),and the P concentration was lower t han 1,0 mg/g,suggesting that the growth of Phellodendron chinense was still limite d by P,while N and P were<14>and N+ More than 20.0 mg/g,the rest of the trea ted leaves were lower than 20.0 mg/g,suggesting that N1P1 treatment could allevia te the nutrient limitation of Picea pastoris seedlings.(3)Nitrogen fertilizer,phosphorus fertilizer and nitrogen and phosphorus were all increased in chlorophyll and carotenoid content.The N1 treatment increased the photosynthetic pigment of leaves,and the nitrogen fertilizer was more favorable for the synthesis and accumulation of pigment.The leaf Chla:Chlb ratio is about 2.7:1.Nitrogen and phosphorus combined with more conducive to promote plant heigh t growth,and to N1P1 the most obvious.
