Gamma rays are not subject to magnetic field modulation, which attract a lot of particle astrophysicists always pay attention to it.As is known to all,the sun is a very important low energy gamma-rays source, the astrophysicists fall over themselves for the study of the solar gamma-rays.It is customarily that called it the solar gamma rays which produced by the sun directly or indirectly. There are three way that can produce the solar gamma-rays,these are the inverse Compton scattering, solar flare, and solar-disk.the solar-disk produced the gamma rays by the hadronic interaction between the cosmic rays and the atmosphere. At begin it they produce the mesons, then it decay to gamma-rays.the solar-disk is the most stable and mainly generation mechanism of solar gamma-rays.Some theoretical works have been done to estimate the flux distribution of solar gamma-rays by Monte Carlo simulation based. In this work,we will estimate the solar gamma-ray emission based on Geant4.An approximate structure of the Sun and its atmosphere are constructed in the code. The cosmic rays are generated at 600 km above the solar surface. The gamma rays are traced until they are absorbed or escape from the solar atmosphere.I take Zenith Angle trigger and other factors into my model. Finally, the flux and spectrum for observers on Earth are presented. Some comparison between our result and others are also discussed.
