At present,in the process of oil production measurement,phase-by-phase metering method is often adopted.This method requires a large number of installation of pipelines and related equipment,and cost is large.If a multiphase measurement method is used,separators and a large number of pipes can be omitted.The multiphase flow experimental device is an indispensable tool for the study of multiphase flow problems.In this paper,we have consulted a large number of relevant data of multiphase flow experimental devices at home and abroad.After understanding the design concepts and ideas of the device,combining with the design requirements of the multiphase flow experimental device,the design of the multiphase flow experimental device measurement and control system is completed.Specifically,this article has done the following work:(1)According to the design index of the experimental device,the design of the device process was completed,and each subsystem was analyzed in depth,studied and designed in detail.The experimental medium of the device is white oil,water and air.The flow of oil,water phase and gas phase can be freely adjusted as required.The experimental pipeline is continuously adjustable at0-90°.The design index of the device is:the flow range of oil-water mixed phase is 0.48m~3/d~480 m~3/d,the precision is±0.3%;the gas phase is 0.2m~3/d~50000 m~3/d,the precision is±1%.In the single-phase measurement,the measurement is performed using a combination of instruments of different calibers.The liquid-phase piping is divided into three types:DN20,DN32,and DN65.The gas-phase piping is DN5,DN8,DN25,and DN80,which can ensure that the flow rate can be measured by a suitable flowmeter to ensure the measurement accuracy.Various flow patterns such as mist flow,bubble flow,slug flow,and annular flow can be generated for experiments.(2)By consulting a large amount of data,the selection of process parameters such as flow meters,temperature sensors,pressure/differential pressure sensors,and regulating valves was completed.(3)The host computer software of the Measurement and control system uses KingView to monitor the procession of the power source system,the metering pipeline and the test pipeline,the real-time pressure in the pipeline can be observed at the control valve control window of the user interface.And the valve opening can be directly setted.Using the report function of software integration,the timely preservation and query of experimental data can be realized,and the historical trend of the important experimental data can be displayed in the way of curves.When some data are abnormal,the alarm can be automatically prompted.The field control unit uses the S7-300 type PLC to measure the input point and sensor data of the switch quantity,and control the output point of the switch quantity,the regulating valve and the motor. |
