With the development of economic globalization,city agglomeration has become the main trend of urban development.It is the fundamental way to slove the traffic problem by developing high-speed railway,as the result of the integration process of city agglomeration.Therefore,it is significant to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the urban high-speed railway network.This paper has researched the path optimization and evaluation of high-speed railway network in middle and southern city cluster of Liaoning,based on GIS software,including the digitization of network evaluation scheme,the selection of GIS evaluation index,the establishment of network Evaluation model,and the method application.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)A feasible GIS path optimization method is proposed for the digitization of the network planning scheme.Firstly,Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are used to analysis the cost factors and weights of path optimization.Secondly,the GIS multi-ring buffer technique is used to assign the cost factors,and the GIS layer linear superposition method is applied to overlay GIS layer into Integrated cost layer.Finally,using GIS cost distance model and GIS optimal path analysis technology based on Dijkstra algorithm to optimize the path processing,the line vector data set is generated,and a digitized line planning evaluation scheme is established.(2)The selection principle and method of the evaluation index of city agglomeration line network has been researched.In the meantime,the evaluation index system of high-speed railway network has been established,in terms of the level of urban agglomeration development and the characteristics of railway line network.The rationality of network structure,the angle of operation effect,the implementation of engineering construction and the development of urban agglomeration by adapting and guiding has been analyzed,while the corresponding quantitative indexes have been calculated and standardized in GIS model.(3)The advantages and disadvantages of common line network evaluation method and the scope of application has been summarized and analyzed,and aiming at the non-duality of evaluation index information in complex and objective environment,an evaluation model of high-speed railway network in city agglomeration based on intuitive fuzzy section has been proposed.From the geometric meaning of interval intuitive fuzzy Numbers,This model,which is based on entropy maximization principle,obtains the weight of indicators and the evaluation value of each decision makers of each scheme,then determines the final opinions and optimization sort.It is not only guaranteed to be comprehensive for this evaluation model,but also ensures the objectivity of the evaluation result.(4)The scheme of high-speed railway network in southern city of Liaoning Province has been path optimized and evaluated.First and foremost,the evaluation scheme geospatial data set can be acquired by using high score remote sensing image data and the digitized path optimization method of GIS.Furthermore,the GIS evaluation index system for urban agglomeration high-speed railway network planning can be utilized to select index,which is used to calculate and create a set of standards.Last but not least,the evaluation model of the intuitive fuzzy section is applied to evaluate the scheme,and chooses the optimal scheme,which provides the scientific basis for the decision-making department.
