The potted experiment was conducted with mining soil under greenhouse conditions and experiments at randomized trial method were divided into 9 groups, including single inoculation with R,GE,GM,GI,GM+R,GE+R and co-inoculation of GI+R and control CK.Index of the plants and soil samples(morphological and physiological indexes)was determiined in the early flowering stage. The results show that:(1)Both the Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF)and the rhizobium were effective in infection of the root system of red trifolium and the infection rate and infection richness were significantly higher than those of CK control group. The infection rate of Glomus mosseae(GM)in single and co-inoculation condition are above 80%and GM is the best suitable AMF inoculated to red trifolium in barren mine soil.(2)The root configuration(root weight, root length, root diameter, lateral root number of branches)of red trifolium inoculated in AMF and Rhizobium were significantly higher than the control group, root system of GM and rhizobia presents the optimal configuration parameters.Inoculation of AMF and rhizobia in the mining area soil shows the positive effects of symbiosis, increased average diameter of the main root and lateral root, improved the root biomass, enhanced the activity of the root system, expanded the number of branch roots.(3)Inoculation of AMF and rhizobium increased the content of chlorophyll of red clover, promoted the photosynthesis of red trifolium and increased the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus. The inoculated treatments were better than control in all indicators and co-inoculation of GM+R performed best.(4)The inoculation of AMF and rhizobium were significantly higher than the control group in the soil NH3-N,NH4-N and available phosphorus and the inoculated treatments were better than control. The inoculation of GM performed best than other inoculated treatments in the soil NH3-N,NH4-N and available phosphorus and co-inoculation treatment were better than single inoculation.
