As a branch of "lattice theory",Formal Concept Analysis(FCA)is a mathematical theory based on digital concept and conceptual hierarchy.Its basic idea is to construct a concept hierarchy based on the binary relations between objects and attributes whose corresponding concept lattice and structural partial-order attribute diagram can exhibit the complex web of relationships between concepts in a vivid and concise way.On the basis of the FCA theory,Time Concept analysis(TCA)is introduced,which is a theoretical extension of the FCA theory.To be specific,the TCA theory is the FCA theory that is closely related to time.In this thesis,the TCA theory is innovatively applied to the study of PM10 concentration.This thesis is composed of three parts.The first part introduces the theoretical foundation of the FCA and TCA theory,and supplies the method of constructing the concept lattice,which is explained adequately through examples.The second part first gives a detailed introduction on the theoretical knowledge of granules and supplies the method of constructing the structural partial-order attribute diagram.The third part specifies the application of the TCA theory in analyzing the relationships between PM10 concentration and meteorological factors with the following procedures:firstly,granulating the data;secondly,constructing and optimizing the formal context between time and PM10 concentration;thirdly,generating the concept lattice and the structural partial-order attribute diagram;fourthly,analyzing this diagram so as to find out the relationship characteristics between PM10 concentration and meteorological factors.The structural partial-order attribute diagram concisely illustrates the pattern between PM10 concentration and time,and the concept and the structural partial-order attribute diagram visually shows the relationships between PM10 concentration and meteorological factors.The changes of PM10 concentration and the relationship between time and the meteorological elements were visualized.
