The simulated deep-sea environment aging test device can simulate different climate conditions in the laboratory,which is importance of great significance to research material soak,corrosion behavior and exploring material aging failure mechanism in deep-sea environment.The paper studies the research status of simulating deep-sea environment at home and abroad,and then combines a practical requirement to develop a set of simulated deep-sea environment aging test device.The whole set of aging test equipment,including mechanical structure and control system in two parts,mainly for the deep-sea environment temperature and depth of two factors to simulate.Based on the aging mechanism of the material in the deep-sea environment,the design scheme of the aging test device for simulating the deep-sea environment is put forward,and to determine the main content of the research;Then,the design and calculation of the mechanical design of the aging test equipment of the deep-sea environment are described in detail,mainly including an important part of the test device-constant temperature water tank and manhole,bolt part of the design and calculation,and then the whole set of mechanical structure of the simulation of deep-sea environment aging test device is given.In addition,the temperature control of the system is based on PID-fuzzy control algorithm,the pressure control using traditional PID control,and in Simulink inside to build the corresponding model simulation,which learned the effect of control algorithm,and then gives the temperature and pressure control algorithm in the PLC to achieve the method.Finally,the actual effect diagram of the mechanical structure of the simulated deep-sea environment aging test device is given,and realizes the real-time monitoring and data acquisition of the PLC control process by using the MCGS embedded system,and gives the steps of simulating the system design of the deep-sea environment aging test device and the steps of simulating the deep-sea environment aging test device.The whole structure of the device is compact and the degree of automation is high,and the deep-sea environment under different climatic conditions is simulated according to different needs in the laboratory.This paper provides a test environment for studying the immersion mechanism of the material in deep-sea environment and exploring the failure mechanism of the material in the deep-sea environment,so as to analyze and evaluate the deep sea immersion,corrosion and failure aging of the material;through the experiment parameters and the setting of the test process,the accelerated test of deep-sea aging of the material in the laboratory was carried out,and a large amount of test data was obtained in a short time to provide scientific test data for studying the deepening corrosion rule of materials and the development of new materials.
