Site amplification effect is one of the basic problem in engineering seismology study, the site's transfer function(TF)is the basic factor to describe the site amplification effect. The site transfer function(TF)can be obtained basing on the spectral analysis of the strong motion accelerogram or the numerical simulation results. But lots of problem are still waiting to be analyzed continually in such factor study, such as whether the different TF obtained by different methods is identical, whether same class site have same type TF,what difference are there between the TF values of different class site.In our work, for discussing the series of problem,we compared the TF values obtained from real strong motion accelerogram and 1D equivalent linearization analysis results basing on the borehole records from the Ashigara Valley Site Array in Japan. And we did the statistical analysis of the different class site TF values in KiK-net.The main work in our work includes the studies mentioned below.1.We reviewed the research status of site amplification effect, and pointed out the background and aim of our work.2.We arranged the site data and strong motion accelerogram of Ashigara Valley Site Array, and got the numerical model for 1D equivalent linearization analysis according to a typical borehole in the array, then analyzed the linear response and nonlinear response on surface ground in one dimension and compared the surface accelerogram.Based on the results, analyzed and discussed the differnce of same site TF values from different methods.3.We collected and analyzed the strong motion accelerogram from KiK-net,and got the TF values of every array in every events.Taking the TF values as the samples,we did the statistical analysis of the different class site TF s.In the analysis,we considered the site class, surface ground peak value. At last,we proposed and discussed the TF values corresponding to the periods of different site class under different surface ground peak value level, considering the multiple accumulated probability on statistical meaning.4.At last, basing on the studies mentioned above, some advice and future research directions were proposed on the site amplification effect.
