Feldspar is widely distributed in nature,and it is one of the most abundant rock forming minerals content in the crust.The phase transition process of potassium feldspar containing abundant geochemical process information,which plays a very important role in identification of the prospecting of gold deposit and other important resources.In addition,the application of transition process of potassium feldspar can make the potash feldspar resources widely used.Many scholars' research have been carried out to the transition process of potassium feldspar,and most of them focus on this phenomenon in natural geological environment.However,the experimental study of transition process of potassium feldspar under different medium,different experimental conditions,such as temperature and time,is rare.The potash feldspar from Huanren region of Liaoning province,with the characteristics of large ore reserves,good quality,and easily exploitation.But until now,the degree of the application of potassium feldspar resources in this region is not high.Therefore,this study can provide reference and basis for future research of this large-scale potash feldspar minerals,and is also of great significance to scientific and effective use of them.Dry mineralogical and hydrothermal experiments methods studied by genetic mineralogy research group from Northeastern University was used to make the related experiment in this study.Using X' Pert Pro polycrystalline X-ray diffractometer,Ultra Plus field emission scanning electron microscopy,the electric refrigeration X-ray spectrometer,AXIOSmAX X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,STA449 F3 simultaneous thermal analysis instrument and other modern technological means to carry out the experiment in the liquid medium and oxidation environment under different experimental conditions,and then the characterization of the phase transition characteristics was tested and described,the characteristics and mechanism of phase change was analyzed and summarized.It is found that in acidic liquid medium,under the condition of saturated vapor pressure and 120?210 ?,after 5?15 d experimental period,alteration layer can be formed on the surface of potassium feldspar,both temperature and react time can promote the alteration of potassium feldspar,and the effect of temperature on this process is relatively larger.Research suggests that strong acidic liquid medium is better for the generation of kaolinite,while the weak acid liquid medium is beneficial to the generation of muscovite.In strong alkaline liquid medium,under the condition of saturated vapor pressure and 120?210 ?,after 5?15 d experimental period,phase change can also occur on the surface of potash feldspar,microcline contained Na and anorthoclase contained K can generate,but the alteration effect is very weak.In the oxidation environment,the phase change of potassium feldspar can occur under 1018?,1175 ?,1242 ? and 1303 ? condition,after 1-3 h experimental period,and the phase composition of transition products obtained by experimental method in this study mainly includes orthoclase and low sanidine.And under the condition of the temperature of 1242 ?,after 2h of reaction time,the crystal structure stability of potassium feldspar can achieve the lowest in this study.This experimental study of phase transition process of potassium feldspar can provide theoretical reference for the in-depth scientific research and scientific and effective utilization of the resources.
