With the continuous development of science and technology,when customers buying goods demand is more and more personalized,personalization of buyer's market is gradually replace the traditional seller's market,personalized consumption gradually become the market mainstream,and the corresponding personalized customization has become the mainstream in the current manufacturing upgrade direction.ETO is the unique project or a large number of custom to meet a specific customer demand production way,ETO product support customized design,can meet the personalized needs of customers in the largest degree,with the development of information technology,manufacturing industry upgrading transformation,proportion of ETO in manufacturing is becoming more and more big.Clients in the pursuit of personalized products also hopes to low cost,rapid personalized products are made,how to rapidly,high quality and low cost to produce personalized customer demand products in the intense market competition is becoming the key to the survival and development for ETO enterprise.Product modular design is one of the key technologies to realize the fast low-cost,correct and reasonable division of product structure module is the precondition of product modular design,but the current research for ETO product of this single small batch module division problem is rarely involved,ETO product difference is larger between different customer orders,product structure is complex,the product design phase takes up more than half of the entire product production cycle.Therefore,to explore suitable module division's method for ETO product is very necessary.Acoording to the similarity between product module and community in complex networks--strongly coupled of the internal structure and weak coupling between structures,imagine that the process of detectioncommunities of ETO product parts network is the process of ETO product module division.Therefore,this article assumes that parts of the product as the nodes,the subordinate relations between the parts as edges,of ETO product parts network,and then analyzing the parts networks overlaps,and then use the overlapping community dedect method of complex networks to realize the ETO product module division.In addition,because the product parts usually contains a certain attribute characteristics,characteristics of these properties make parts have a certain similarity,influencing the product module division,therefore,need to discuss module division method when consider attributes of parts.Associated with ETO product module division method at present,some researches have caused the attention of many experts and scholars,and achieved some results,but considering the overlapping module structure and parts' attributes of ETO product module division method research is rarely involved,research system has not been formed.Therefore,it is necessary for ETO product module division method based on overlapping community detection in-depth research;the research has important theoretical and realistic significance.This paper mainly completed the following research:(1)Through the study of complex network theory,puts forward the principles,constructing methods and steps of the construction of ETO product parts network.(2)Through analyzing the communities overlapping phenomenon of ETO product parts network,put forward the method for calculating the degree of overlapping between communities,and improve the overlapping community detection algorithm in complex networks,to allow better applicable to the product parts network.(3)On the basis of using overlapping community detection algorithm to disscuss the module division of ETO product,we consider parts't properties in ETO product module division problem,and then construct the composite weight network model of ETO parts network,put forward the calculation method of comprehensive weight and ETO product module division process when consider the attributes of parts.(4)Based on the actual product,applying the ETO product module division method in the process of module division of automatic transmission,discovered the overlapping parts between modules,and reasonablely adjusted modules based ono the actual product structure and function,find the modules of this ETO type automatic transmission.The research results show that the proposed ETO product module division method based on overlapping community detection isable to solve the problem of reality ETO product module division,and provide reference and guidance for ETO enterprises to optimize ETO product modules division.
