Because of the extreme environment in arid lakes,the biological system is restricted by hydrology,geomorphology and climate as well as different ecological conditions,the distribution of biomass in Xinjiang Saline Lakes are unique and distinctive,the active substances of the species have great potential for development.In order to understand the diversity of unknown type of haloalkaliphilic microbial resources in Saline Lake of Xinjiang,From the Black Lake of Yuli County,analysis and screening and identification of a thrombolytic strain of haloalkaliphilic bacteria the salt system development as the research objective,the month of 9-11 in 2014 from Xinjiang Yuli County Black Lake water,soil,and sediment soil samples in salt lake using No 1 medium isolated 85 strains haloalkaliphilic bacteria.After morphological detection mostly spherical colonies with color.After fermentation experiments showed that the 53 strains with catalase activity,37 strains had oxidase activity,11 strains of bacteria can produce amylase,9 strains can produce protease,20 strains could hydrolyze Twain 20,15 strains could hydrolyze Twain 40,6 strains producing lipase hydrolysis Twain 80.Study on the molecular biology and bioinformatics,based on the development of 16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis of 85 strains were 41 strains belonging to the genus Halorubrum,40 strains belonging to genus Natrialba,2 strains belonging to genus Halohasta,1 strains belonging to genus Haloarcula and 1 strains belonged to genus Halopiger.Among them,Halorubrum and Natrialba were dominant genera,Halopiger was endemic.The strain DH-66 belong to the genus Halopiger,homology was 95.75%,the gene Bank registration number is KU663028,It is a potential new species of endemic genera in Saline Lake.For the purpose of Study on fibrinolytic function of the microorganisms in the area,28 strains of fibrinolytic activity were screened by the method of casein plate method and fibrin plate method,get 1 strains by thrombolysis enzyme activity measurement that strain can produce high efficient dissolving thrombus active substances.Physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular identification of 16 S r RNA gene sequence analysis belong to Bacillus subtilis,named Bacillus subtilis subsp.Inaquosorum strain DR-33 Xinjiang Yuli,a subspecies of the genus Bacillus,Gene Bank registration number for KX867677.
