Dashushan scenic area is located in the western suburbs of Hefei,the height of the hill is 284 meters.Soil layer from top of the hill to the foot of the hill thickening.According to reports,Dashushan scenic area has ferns 11 families 13 genera and 15 species,gymnosperms 7 families 20 genera and 48 species,angiosperms 115 families 340 generaand 535 species.In order to investigate the diversity of parasitic nematodes and vegetation diversity in Dashushan,to reveal the relationship between parasitic nematode diversity and vegetation diversity,the survey study was conducted in the hill area where the ecological stability and human disturbance.Choose growing good advantage of the 18 kinds of dominant plants,the degree of evolution and plant type representative.The soil samples of rhizosphere soil were collected by 5-point method,Separate the nematodes in the soil,Four types of feeding nematodes and parasitic nematodes were identified,Statistics of soil nematode diversity and parasitic nematode genus diversity;Using the sample survey method,Sample area of herbs2×2m,trees 8 ×8m,Investigate the species and number of plants in the vegetation community area of the surrounding sampling area;Statistics on the plant diversity of vegetation communities.Analyze the relationship between parasitic nematode diversity and vegetation diversity;In order to further study,we collected the same typical plant Trachelospermum jasminoides rhizosphere soil.Analysis the relationship between the parasitic nematode diversity and the height of the hill.Identified important parasitic nematodes.The results of the study are as follows:1.With the increase of the height of the Dashushan,the diversity of vegetation decreased.The relationship between plant species diversity of vegetation and the height of the hill were negatively correlated(r=-0.36,p<0.05).In this paper,the main survey sampling points in the rich vegetation,human disturbance of small hillside.2.12 Parasitic nematodes genus were found in the rhizosphere of 18 representative host plants in Dashushan,among them found in Helicotylenchus and other parasitic nematodes genus.In the rhizosphere soil of 18 kinds of plant host,12 parasitic nematode genus were found,including Helicotylenchus.Among them the eudominant is 8,thedominant is 2.The highest frequency of the first five parasitic nematodes genus were,Helicotylenchus ? Hemicriconemoides ? Paratrophurus ? Xiphinema ?Pararotylenchus.In the rhizosphere soil of Trachelospermum jasminoides,8 parasitic nematodes genus were found,5 eudominant genera were identified.Among them,highest frequency of the first five parasitic nematodes genus were Helicotylenchus,Paratrophurus,Discocriconemella,Xiphinema nematode.3.It was found that the relationship between soil nematode diversity and the degree of evolution of representative host plants was weak.4.The results showed that the diversity of the nematodes at the hillside was lower than that of the top of the hill.In the rhizosphere soil of Trachelospermum jasminoides,with the height of the Dashushan increased,the density of Feeding plant nematode increased,the relative abundance of Feeding plant nematode decreased,the degree of parasitic nematode diversity and the uniform distribution of nematode populations decreased.The relationship between the density of Feeding plant nematode and the height of the hill were significant positive correlated(r=0.76,p<0.05).The relationship between the relative abundance of Feeding plant nematode and the height of the hill were significant negative correlated(r=-0.60,p < 0.05).The relationship between the index of parasitic nematode and the height of the hill were negative correlated(r=-0.45,p<0.05).5.The diversity of rhizosphere soil nematodes in representative host plants was found to be related to the diversity of vegetation.With herb vegetation diversity increased,the density of Feeding plant nematode increased,the relative abundance of Feeding plant nematode decreased,the degree of diversity and the uniform distribution of parasitic nematode populations were decreased.With woody vegetation diversity increased,the density and the relative abundance of Feeding plant nematode increased,The dominance and the uniform distribution of parasitic nematode populations were increased.The relationship between the density and relative abundance of Feeding plant nematode and the herb vegetation diversity respectively were minor positive correlated(r=0.16,p<0.05)and negative correlated(r=-0.33,p<0.05).The relationship between the Shannon-Weiner index and Evenness index of parasitic nematode and the herb vegetation diversity were negative correlated(r=-0.41,r=-0.50,p < 0.05).The relationship between thedensity and relative abundance of Feeding plant nematode and the woody vegetation diversity respectively were negative correlated(r=-0.34,r=-0.42,p < 0.05).The relationship between the Dominance index and Evenness index of parasitic nematode and the woody vegetation diversity respectively were positive correlated(r=0.42,r=0.33,p<0.05).6.In the rhizosphere soil of host plant Trachelospermum jasminoides found Discocriconemella retroversa Chinese new record species.
