China is a large traditional agricultural country with arable land area of about135 million hectares.However,farmers and agricultural technology workers have been plagued by crop drought problems due to the relative lack of water resources.There are hundreds of millions of crop losses each year because of drought disaster.The disaster of some backward areas is more serious,and even causes crop totally destruct,which seriously restrict the regional economic development and social stability.Therefore,the study of crop drought monitoring and early warning is particularly urgent,that play an important role in modern agricultural production,and have important economic value and social value.This paper bases on the scientific and technological projects of Anhui Province,design and develop the field crop drought monitoring and early warning system.The system mainly uses SSH framework technology and B/S architecture.We use Eclipse development tools for programming and SQL Server2008 database for designing,As a result,we implement five module functions,including soil moisture monitoring,crop moisture monitoring,drought monitoring and early warning,system management and systems description.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Combined with the actual situation of agricultural development in Anhui Province and the actual needs of the user needs to analyze the overall functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system to determine the soil moisture monitoring,crop moisture monitoring,drought monitoring and early warning,system management and system description of the five functional modules.2.Determineusing the technical program of the system development for the overall system architecture design.For each module to carry out detailed functional design,draw the structural design and function class diagram,enumerating some of the functional operation of the timing diagram.The system needs to use the database table structure for detailed design.3.Complete the development of field crop drought monitoring and early warning system and use the system achieve soil moisture monitoring functions,crop moisture monitoring functions and drought monitoring and early warning functions and so on.
