Realistic decision making problems are based on human subjective consciousness and needs.But traditional mathematical methods can only solve the problem of certainty,so the solution of decision making can't rely on the traditional mathematical methods.And fuzzy sets can accurately describe the ambiguity of things,so have the basis for solving decision making problems.Soft sets,as a new mathematical model,have the advantage of being unrestricted in dealing with uncertainties.The fuzzy soft set is based on the fuzzy set and the soft set.It not only has the advantages of fuzzy sets to describe the ambiguity of things accurately,but also has the advantage that the soft sets are not limited by parameters.In solving the problem of uncertainty,For the outstanding advantage.So the fuzzy soft set theory has become the focus of attention of scholars,and its application,especially in the decision making problem is to become a hot spot for researchers to study.Based on the fuzzy soft set,and for solving decision making problems,this paper studies a variety of decision algorithms based on fuzzy soft sets.The main work is as follows:(1)Through the research and analysis of decision making algorithms based on fuzzy soft sets,it is found that these algorithms will making a lack of information in information fusion.In order to solve this problem,we use Einstein product as fusion operator,and propose a new algorithm that is based on Einstein product of fuzzy soft sets.At the same time,in order to enhance the practicability of the algorithm,the weighted operator is combined with the decision making algorithm and the new decision making algorithm based on weighted fuzzy soft sets is proposed.Finally,the methods are applied to some examples,and its feasibility and validity are verified.(2)In order to solve the problem of time and space complexity of fuzzy algorithm in fuzzy soft set,this paper proposes a decision algorithm based on fuzzy soft set parameter reduction and threshold function.Firstly,the parameter reduction method of fuzzy soft set is used to delete the parameters with little or no influence on the decision result.Then the parameters of the fuzzy soft set are cut by the threshold function.Finally,some examples are given to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.Based on the reality of the need to solve the problem of decision making,taking fuzzy soft set as the main research methods,and according to the needs of reality,we propose the new decision algorithm of fuzzy soft set for the purpose of improving the effectiveness of the algorithm reducing the complexity of the algorithm,and being in line with the human thinking model.
