Granite residual soil is widely distributed in chinese southeast coast area.It is a kind of building materials, foundation or stratigraphic environment for many engineering structures.Seepage is an important factor leading to the failure of slope, especially strong seepage will produce mechanical, physical and chemical effects on the soil, resulting in the changes of soils'mechanical behavior, affecting slope stability. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of seepage on the mechanical behavior and slope stability of granite residual soil.Based on the analysis of research results of soil permeability and the influence of seepage on soil mechanical behavior and slope stability,Using geotechnical basic test equipment and the SLB-1 stress-strain-controlled triaxial seepage and shear tester, and with the help of FEM analysis software, the following work is carried out:(1)The basic physical properties such as moisture content, specific gravity, particle composition and boundary moisture content of granite residual soil samples are analyzed;(2)By conducting drained and undrained triaxial experiments on granite residual soil disturbed samples under different initial porosity ratio and confining pressure, the change laws of damage form,stress-strain curves,q-p' curves and fitting effect of Duncan-Chang model are investigated and analyzed;(3)A series of triaxial penetration experiments on granite residual soil disturbed samples are conducted,to research the affect of initial porosity ratio and osmotic pressure on the time required for stabilization of seepage, seepage velocity and permeability coefficient;(4)By conducting triaxial seepage-shear experiments on granite residual soil disturbed samples under different osmotic pressure and confining pressure, the change laws of the damage form,stress-strain curves, peak strength,q-p' curves, cohesive strength, internal friction and fitting effect of Duncan-Chang model are investigated and analyzed;(5)Based on series of test data of granite residual soil, using FEM analysis software, the change laws of slope maximum seepage velocity, slope maximum hydraulic gradient, effective cohesive strength, effective internal friction and slope safety coefficient are investigated and analyzed.
