Among the landslides caused by different incentives,the bank slope is still a field that need further research in the study of landslide,due to its particularity and complexity.Compared with the general landslide,the stability of the bank slope is affected by the fluctuation of the reservoir water level.At the same time,the fluctuation of reservoir water level can be combined with other factors such as rainfall and artificial slope,which leads to the process of deformation and failure of bank slope.The research on deformation and failure of bank slope has gradually become an important part of engineering disaster prevention and control.In this paper,the distributed optical fiber sensing technology and numerical simulation technology were combined to study the Three Gorges Majiagou slope.According to the engineering geological survey data,the Majiagou slope three-dimensional geological model was established.And according to the results of the numerical simulation,the characteristics of the slope were adjusted.The variation law of the slope under the reservoir water level fluctuation was studied by FLAC3D,and the variation trend of the slope stability was predicted.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The distributed optical fiber sensing has good coupling performance with the soil when the strain is small,and it can accurately characterize the deformation of the soil.(2)Based on the adjusted model,the calculation under the change of reservoir water level was carried out,and the deformation characteristics and deformation mechanism of the slope were analyzed.The results showed that the Majiagou slope is a discharge type landslide,and the descending displacement is larger when the reservoir water level descends.At the same time,the Majiagou slope is also a trailing landslide,and the deformation of the slope front is always ahead of the slope edge.(3)The deformation of Majiagou slope was predicted and calculated.The results showed that the slope of Majiagou slope is at the stage of steady decline.
