In current research, secondary metabolites of 15 entomogenous fungi from different geographic origins and different genera were used to test antimicrobial activity against pathogenic bacteria.Secondary metabolites of Hypocrella sp.ZJJ-13 were found to be high active, with an MIC value of 0.078 mg/ml.Therefore,properties of Hypocrella sp.ZJJ-13 secondary metabolites of extracellular and intracellular were detected by GC-MS,together with physical and chemical inspection.Organic acid, flavonoid, triterpenoid and sterides were identified by physical and chemical assay.Extracellular metabolites containing 24.05%ester,45.38%alcohol,10.5%acid,13.06%benzol and 3.73%ketone,and intracellular metabolites containing 24.61%ester,9.58%alcohol,23.67%acid,10.61%benzol,6.37%ketone,were detected using GC-MS.Seven compounds were obtained from crude extracts of ZJJ-13 using silica gel(200-300 mesh)coupled with HPLC.Their structures were elucidated based on analysis of NMR and mass spectrometry data.Among them,17?,21 ?-epoxyhopan-6?-ol,17(21)-hopen-12?-ol,17(21)-hopene-6a,12?-diol,and ergosterol were the first time to be separated from Hypocrella sp. |
