Collection of basic information has become an important part of urban development, along with the continuous expansion of urbanization.Recent years, the change of various types of pipe speed up,a lot of heating pipeline data need to deal.Managing urban heating pipeline with artificial method, the aid of drawings and all kinds of card, has been getting more and more difficult to meet the actual needs.Faced with this situation, using of information technology, along with geographic information systems to dealing the problems of heating pipeline management, network design, and incident handling is imperative. With the size expansion of the heating network and increasing of running years, heating pipeline leak accidents occur frequently due to the impact of the pipe materials, laying methods, construction methods, and many other factors.Spills is difficult to detect, which causes great trouble to the heating pipeline operation and maintenance, seriously affecting the security of the heating pipeline running. The leakage water of heating pipeline is softening and heated to high temperature,so the heating pipeline leakage will not only affect the heating quality, but also reduce the economy of heating. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of the heating pipeline spill and spill-point accurate positioning are urgent to solve.Under the auspices of the national”five" Technology Support Program, this paper has completed the following main elements by combination of theoretical and experimental testing methods:1.This paper proposes a new method suitable for heating pipeline leakage detection,ie.the intermittent high-temperature cable measuring point detection method, and solves the problem of the heating pipeline leakage point is difficult to find.2.A suitable high-temperature heating pipeline detection cable has been developed, and its experimental tests has determine that they can be used at a high temperature environment, detecting the heating pipeline leakage stably and accurately;3.By analysis the Shanxi,Hebei and other heating company leak location statistic data, the measuring point intermittent leakage detection methods was optimized.4.Laboratory tests of zigbee and GPRS are conducted to determining that they can be used for data transfer of heat underground pipeline, and the heating pipeline data transmission scheme is optimized5.Based on the heating pipeline leakage detection methods proposed, the secondary development of GIS system 1s done, which combined with the GIS and heating pipeline leak detection system realizing the heating network real-time monitoring of spill. In summary, this paper presents a high-temperature measurement points intermittent cable detection method, and combine this method with GIS can find spill timely and its exact location, which can analysis the area affected by the spill. The proposed method can effectively improve the efficiency of heat management, providing technical solutions for the safe operation of the heating network and incident handling, improved heating systems security and economy of the heating pipeline intelligence laid the foundation for decision-making system.
