We got the soil samples from the greenhouses in the suburbs of Shenyang,Liaoning Province to do some researches about separation and purification of the bacteria with the efficient inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing ability and CO2 production capacity.It is identified by a series of experiments such as morphological characteristics.physiological and biochemical characteristics identification,the analysis of BIOLOG GN determination and the 16 SrDNA sequences tests.And in the further applications to the potted oilseed rapes,we find the mixed strains can effectively promote the growth of oilseed rape and also improve its quality.We filter out 33 better growing inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and 12 better growing microorganisms with the capacity of CO2 production through a series of functional medium such as Pikovskava,CMC,YPD,Gao I and Czapek.Then watch their colonies and characteristics by optical microscope.According to the solubilizing circle diameter and the colony diameter ratio,we initially got 7 inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing bacterium strains through the plate method.And then in the shake culture rescreening experiment.by Mo-Sb colorimetric principle,we measure the final dissolved phosphorus P,phosphate solubilization rate X,the end of the fermentation liquid pH value,we find one of them is the best(LUNT07),which shows the highest inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing ability,up to 796.487 mg/L.It is identified as Acinetobacter baumannii.In addition,we also study the relationship between solubilizing ability of LNUT07 strain and the pH of the final fermentation liquid,but it's not very significant.With the method of trace breathing,we measure CO2 production capacity by left and right liquid level differences Ah among the 12 strains,and calculate the amount of CO2(?L)in 5h,16h,24h through the different ?h.We find the strongest one(LNUT03),which shows the highest CO2 production capacity,up to 30.320 mg/L,and it's ?h up to 14.54.It is identified as Paenibacillus.xylanexedens.There is no antagonism between LNUT07 and LNUT03,we can mix them in the shake liquid culture experiment,using in the small composting test and potted oilseed rapes trials.In the small composting test,through the measurement of the ground temperature for 19 consecutive days,we find that compared to the CK group,the temperature of the experimental group is increased by 1.4 ?.In the potted oilseed rapes trials,experimental group's percentage of C02 concentration in the sealed container is higher than the CK group,which increased by 17.65%.We set the experimental group as LNUT07,LNUT03 and LNUT07 +LNUT03,find that the available phosphorus to be increased by 18.44%,10.06%,22.11%,there is a significant improvement among the oilseed rapes' leaf length,plant height and stem diameter.Besides,The contents of soluble sugar are increased by 82.22%,73.76%and 104.37%.Moreover,The contents of vitamin C are increased by 3.56%,5.49%and 100.39%.The effects of the mixed strains are best above all,it illustrates that there may be some synergies between the hybrid strains,which can effectively promote the crop growth and improve the crop quality.
