Study On The Construction Of Clear Set Theory Frame And The Apllication Of It

Since the Fuzzy Set Theory have been created,many scholars have modified and improved its system constantly.This paper study the definitions and theorems of the Fuzzy Set Theory by using the Three Conception Principium,and believe that the operations between two fuzzy sets such as equivalent?involvement?union?intersection etc can't meet the demands of the completeness of the Three Conception Principia.To solve these problems,we introduce the new mathematical tool—Clear Set Theory.Firstly,this paper researches the relevant content of the Fuzzy Set Theory,which provides the appropriate theoretical basis for the research of the Clear Set Theory.Subsequently,the definition and the four fundamental operations of arithmetic of the clear and rational are given.we propose the Clear Comprehensive Evaluation,which based on the Clear Set Theory,and give the details of the processing steps.Finally,by using an example of mine ventilation system comprehensive evaluation,we introduce the application of the Clear Comprehensive Evaluation in real life.
