Based on our country's city landscape river environment's pollution becoming increasingly serious,this article has carried on the corresponding research and analysis,which is mainly about the research of diversity of phytoplankton community structure in water.This article mainly discusses the urban landscape river's plankton density response law as well as the structure and diversity of plankton,the main studies is based on the study on plankton community in the two river landscape composition,the results showed that:During the experiment,both two landscape river are in eutrophication status.Daxuexincun river is located in the residential area,and dongqiao river is located in jin hai international hotel.Because of the special geographical position,its water quality fluctuation is bigger,always come out severe pollution.In the research of eutrophication of urban landscape river in phytoplankton species composition from less to more,in turn,is cyanophyta,bacillariophyta and chlorophyta.a Daxuexincun and dongqiao month average density of phytoplankton are 1068.24 x 104 ind./L and 214.39 x 104 ind./L.The advantage species of phytoplankton in eutrophication landscape dominance index difference is more noticeable in channel,two channel dominance index reached more than 10%of the total of dominant species is microcystin algae and algae.In this research,the zooplankton distribution difference between two eutrophication urban landscape river is not large,there were 11 species of zooplankton identified;After six months of the experiment process,nauplius and spiny naked algae are daxuexincun and dongqiao's dominant species.Two rivers,the university of saemaul undong zooplankton density is the largest,in May 2012 to achieve the maximum overall,two landscape river university of zooplankton diversity index size order is daxuexincun>dongqiaobang.In the study of rotifer species composition of the studying riverl,the daxuexincun' s advantage rotifers are the tail rotifers and three limb rotifers and long legs tortoiseshell rotifers,rotifer species composition is rich.In the two river landscape,rotifers dominant species is given priority to with arm tail wheel section;University of daxuexincun rotifers density change trend after first reduce increased process;And dongqiao rotifers density change trend is different,the city rising to reduce cycle.Two channel' s phytoplankton and rotifers diversity index and comprehensive nutrition state index are negatively correlated;daxuexincun' s Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton species with comprehensive nutrition state index was significantly negative correlation,rotifers Shannon Wiener diversity index,species Pielou evenness index were very significant negative correlation with comprehensive nutrition state index.In this reasearch,the two city landscape rivers rotifer community Margalef abundance index has obvious positive correlation.In the process of reasearch,we improve water quality,ecological system also gradually restored.In eutrophication indicator species,we find arm tail rotifers,long limbs rotifers,and the arm end rotifers are the dominant species of the channel,so the channel are eutrophication,The evaluation result is consistent with the experimental results,so pouring insect species composition to evaluate urban landscape river water trophic level has certain feasibility.In this research,the urban landscape river water,Changzhou,Jiangsu province,rotifers in community structure and made a comprehensive evaluation of water quality,river water quality comprehensive evaluation of urban landscape is dedicated to provide you with basic information and biological basis.
