Absolute gravimeter is applied in the study on Geophysics,environment monitoring,resource prospecting,inertial navigation.Absolute gravimeter concludes:falling mechanism,interferometer measurement,vibro-isolation system.And the vibro-isolation system is the main content in this paper.Vibro-isolation system provides the conference coordinate for falling conference prism,and is the necessary condition of absolute gravimeter measuring accuracy.The index of vibro-isolation system mainly refers to the absolute transfer rate to the low-frequency signal.The absolute transfer rate of passive one-stage vibro-isolation system by reducing stiffness is better than that of passive two-stage vibro-isolation system by adding some structure.Consequently,reducing stiffness is the preference to obtain the lower absolute transfer rate.This paper discusses the absolute transfer rate and response,studies the zero-stiffness condition and stability of the zero-stiffness spring system,and designs the mechanical passive one-stage vibro-isolation system based on zero-stiffness spring system.The innovation point of this paper is the design of zero-stiffness spring system. |
