| With the increasing trend of globalization,many emerging market of multinational enterprises have a rapidly growth.The research on the international expansion of latecomer firms in emerging markets,represented by China,has been paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars and business people.Being an important part of the strategic emerging industry,the network security industry has great potential for development.China Electronics technology cyber security Co.,Ltd(CCSC)is a key stateowned enterprises which focus on the information network security,it has engaged in international business has been more than ten years,the company is still in the internationalization of the internationalization of the initial stage.This paper refers to the basis and status quo analysis of latecomer firms,depth exploring the resource base and business status,and speculated that the company’s international development dilemma: 1)Lack of business units that can be effectively embedded in the international market;2)there is no reasonable international capacity release and sustainability mechanism;3)CCSC do not have an effective international conflict of transfer network.In order to solve these three problems,this paper puts forward the international route design of the backward enterprise based on the paradox and the network embedding: First,it is clear that the backward enterprise needs the contradictory carrier in the internationalization process to effectively solve the conflict and effectively embed the international market.,The latter part of the enterprise should focus on resources to break through the key target market,and then establish their own international business value chain and knowledge chain;finally,the latex enterprises need to use the network effect,to achieve cross-expansion of the cluster embedded.Based on the actual situation of China Net Security Company,the author puts forward the optimization suggestion and implementation framework of international operation and management.First,it should clarify that the latecomer firms in the process of internationalization need contradictory carrier to resolve the conflict,and effectively embedded in the international market;secondly,the latecomer firms should focus their resources to breakthrough key target markets,and establishing its international business value chain and knowledge chain;finally,the latecomer firms need through the network effect to achieve cross-expansion of the cluster embedded. |
