The small and medium-sized board market,as a market for SME financing and stock trading,plays a crucial role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.And executives are the core figure of the listed companies and decide on the entire company's production and operation as well as the company's long-term strategic planning.Companies listed on small and medium-sized boards are smaller and have fewer staff compared to the main board,so executives are more important.Different managers have different management styles and operating capabilities,Therefore,a company's executives,especially the core executives such as the chairman,the general manager,or the senior management who masters the core technology,may leave the company's project or may disrupt the company's project.What kind of impact does performance have,when the actual executives will leave the company?In previous studies,the main focus was on the impact of the departure of executives on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market(GEM)market to corporate performance.The focus of the study was on the reason that executives resigned.There is very little research on the impact of the departure of executives on the stock price of small and medium-sized listed companies.This article mainly uses event research methods to study how the turnover of executives affects small and medium-sized enterprises' stock price by selecting the sample of non-shareholding executives turnover companies in the small and medium-sized board market in2016,and also shareholding executives.And according to the negative effect of stock resignation on stock prices,contact financial indicators,and simply analyze the relationship between abnormal returns and financial indicators,the study results are more complete,and according to the research results,making some suggestions for listed companies and small and medium-sized investors.
