On The Management Of Local Tax Sources And Its Countermeasures In Pulandian District

Driven by economic globalization,internationalization and marketization,Chinese economy is increasingly Informationization,specialization and division of labor.The degree of specialization of the economic subjects in the market is increasing day by day,the number of taxpayers is increasing,and the form of tax source management is also increasingly complex.The liquidity and risk of the tax source increased,and the information asymmetry problems between the two sides of the taxation have become increasingly prominent.Especially in the context of China’s comprehensive deepening of tax collection and management reform,the current top priority of the tax department is to speed up the reform of tax collection and management system,and to improve the professional and efficient tax source management.Based on the full investigation,this paper takes the Pulandian district Local Taxation Bureau as the research object and uses the combination of theory and practice to study the advanced concepts and experiences of foreign tax source management.Combined with the Pulandian district economic development and tax source management characteristics,this paper analyzes the current tax source management and the existing problems of the Local Taxation Bureau of Pulandian district,and further put forward the design idea of constructing the special management of tax source in the local tax bureau of Pulandian district.And discusses the effective way to establish the special management of tax source from the aspects of carrying out tax sources classified administration,establishing a flat organization,recycling tax source management process,strengthening risk warning mechanism,improving the ability to apply information and strengthening the construction of management team.
