The development of China economy has been recognized in the world in recent years,and China has become one of the world's fastest growing economies.China government seize the window of this historic development,issued a great number of preferential policies to attract multinational companies from around the world to invest in China.At the beginning of this century China just had all the conditions for the development of BPO industry,Europe and the Asia Pacific region business process outsourcing business swarmed into China.But with the development of domestic BPO industry,market competition has become more and more intense and serious.This article is to put forward a set of feasible marketing strategy for JSH Company,to help it break through the current marketing bottleneck.JSH Company is a consulting firm from Europe,officially stationed in Dalian China in 2013 after China BPO industry developed into mature markets.By virtue of their own development advantages,JSH Company quickly occupied a share of the China BPO market,and then became one of the most promising BPO enterprise.After 5 years' development,the scale and business has expanded,but because the overall domestic BPO market has not significantly improved,the whole industry competition began heating up,all the enterprises are reforming and innovating,to build the core competitiveness to break the shrinking market shares.JSH Company(Dalian)also faces the similar problem.As the company established only 5 years in China,there ia not a solid customer base,so the company's marketing strategy also began to become unsuitable in the fierce competition in the industry today.Hence this article will base on the background of China BPO industry,firstly through four real cases to show the marketing situation and current problem of JSH Company(Dalian),then reviews the marketing theories and advanced methods,and use them to analyze the cause of JSH Company(Dalian)'s marketing strategy problems,then use the theory with practice,to propose a series of scientific marketing strategy suggestions to help JSH Company(Dalian)to get rid of marketing problems and enhance the enterprise's profit ability.Through scientific analysis and research,this article gets a series of achievement of JSH Company(Dalian)'s marketing strategy,which not only can solve the marketing crisis of JSH Company(Dalian),but also can provide professional reference and guidance for other similar companies in the same industry.
