With the escalation of enterprise management mode,channel management conflict in themanagement of enterprises which play an increasingly important role,L Group is China's well-known computer field large group enterprises,so the channel management in the L group is more prominent,in this context,we use L group as a case to expand the channel management conflict improvement research.This paper first analyzes and studies the theoretical review of channel conflict,introduces the concept of channel conflict,explains the process of channel conflict and the development stage,and introduces two strategies and means to solve the channel conflict management.And then use L group as a case to study the L group channel conflict status and problems in detail,from a number of aspects of the current channel conflict analysis of the existing problems and the corresponding reasons,and finally this article from the system construction and management and management aspects which have put forward a set of effective measures to protect the measure guarantee and management strategy.The research of this paper is based on the actual situation of L Group to carry out the study of channel conflict management,so it has certain guiding significance for the development of the whole industry,that is,to reduce the channel conflict between the manufacturer and the channel,and to improve the efficiency of the channel.To achieve the purpose and effect of the coordination.
