With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid growth of China's economy,the civil aviation industry has also seen leaps and bounds.Air cargo has emerged in various modes of transportation.Air cargo in Dalian has long been the top 20 in the country and made corresponding contributions to the economic development of the northeast region.As the largest air cargo agency in Dalian,ACT ranked first in Northeast China for 15 consecutive years.However,ACT's volume began to decline in 2014,making profitability a bottleneck.This paper takes ACT company as the main research enterprise,first summarizes the theoretical basis and practical needs of ACT company's comprehensive logistics transformation,and analyzes the reasons why it can not learn from the success stories in the transition.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of ACT company by SWOT analysis method and Problem analysis,put forward the necessity and feasibility of ACT company transformation.According to the analysis of the development of ACT company,the corresponding transformation strategy,the adjustment of its original model,the development of "resource" dependent partners,to create "souvenir" freight brand,emphasizing transit routes;Integrated logistics platform construction,speed up domestic transport,to promote the establishment of air iron,air and sea transport.At the same time,according to the transformation strategy,adjust the company's internal adjustment,adjust the company's system,change the organizational structure,deepen personnel training,and promote the information process.Closely with the economic and industrial development opportunities to promote the transformation of ACT company,with a view to promote regional economic development,to meet the needs of air transport and logistics and transport.
