Every minute the relationship between people becomes more closely,people's lives more intelligent in the global access to the industry 4.0 Customer service requirements are constantly improving with the improvement of living standards.D company's transformation is imperative.Due to,this is the development of the times.The technical support department support customer directly and need to change.Hence,make the research on improvement of customer technical support service management of D company.Therefore,this article focuses on how to improve management and improve customer satisfaction through D company improve customer technical support service management in this critical transition period.The first,mainly describes the research background and significance methods related content of customer technical support service management of D company.Secondly,mainly introduces the customer technical support service and improve management related on the theoretical basis.And then,introduces the general situation of D company and analyzes the current situation of customer technical support service management of D company.Then put forward existing problems.Once again,analyzes the customer technical support service management of D company during the transition period,and puts forward the problems and solutions encountered in the implementation process and solutions,then summarized the characteristics of customer technical support service management system after management improvement.Finally,puts forward suggestions and solutions for the implementation of management improvement.Adjusting the functions of the various departments of the D company technical support service through listen to the voice of customers and stating from the customer's needs.Clear the responsibility and refine the implementation on the management.Then making the implementation process,with operability,can be quantified,can be prosecuted to improve customer satisfaction and improve business capacity of the technical support.And ultimately through the management improvement,reasonable and effective use the resources to achieve the purpose of earn more income and saving the company.
