Research On Cost Control Of XX Expressway Project In Yinchuan

If construction enterprises want to survive and get a good development in the fierce competition of construction industry,the relationship between quality and cost should be taken into account to the greatest extent,that is to say,cost reduction is based on the premise of steady quality.The thesis suggests that there are a variety of methods to reduce cost on the basis of steady quality.The most effective one is to reduce the loss of cost,especially the unqualified loss of cost.If the quality cost can be supervised in the process of construction,the loss of quality cost will be reduced to the minimum.Construction enterprises should start from their projects which undertake by themselves to carry on the quality control management in the process of their own operation.On the one hand,carrying out quality cost management in engineering projects can bring great economic benefits to enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.On the other hand,the quality management theory of construction enterprises can be developed and perfected in operation.On the basis of introducing the related theories of cost management of expressway construction projects,this thesis summarizes the research status of quality cost management of expressway construction projects in various domestic and foreign construction enterprises.This thesis quotes the case of Yinchuan XX expressway projectand analyzes the cost management problems of M company which undertake the project from three aspects,including management consciousness,management system and controlling means.Meanwhile,it is expounded that the cost management of expressway construction projects should focus on the forecast,determination and decomposition of the target cost,cost control,analysis and assessment,etc.Finally,in view of the work of cost management of expressway construction project,some suggestions are put forward from three aspects,raising management consciousness,establishing management system and perfecting control means.This thesis draws the following conclusions,first,for many expressway construction projects in China,the profits of enterprises have been greatly dropped off due to the fierce competition in the industry,so the cost management of the project should be strengthened as soon as possible.Second,many expressway construction enterprises blindly pursue thewinning bid of the construction projects and pay less attention to the cost management.Third,there is a small number of expressway construction enterprises not only had a sense of cost management,but also formulated related cost management measures,but has not yet established a more scientific and reasonable cost management system.There are still many problems in the cost budget,cost control,cost analysis and cost assessment.
