| Tourism,as an emerging strategic staple industry,plays an important part in promoting domestic economic development and controlling industrial structure.Hot spring tourism is one of the most important parts in tourism which has a promising prospect.Efficient government regulation will enhance a stable market order and promote its development.This thesis aims to study the supervision of hot spring tourism industry in Yingkou.Approaches such as literature research,field study,comparison and analysis will be used in my thesis.Based on the theories related to hot spring tourism and government supervision,the author will investigate the status quo of government’s supervision on hot spring tourism and the existing problems,causes,and the solutions.On the anther side,based on the new public service theory,service-oriented government theory and the other region’s experience on tourism government regulation,a new plan will be put forward in which human,financial and material resources are going to be arranged in a new way.Thus makes the supervision principles and final goals more clear.The thesis will also come up with some improvements to this theory,as a reference to improve the efficiency of the hot spring tourism supervision.Strengthen the supervision team of hot spring tourism,perfecting the supervision institution of hot spring tourism,promoting the legalization of regulatory agencies,improving the operation mechanism of hot spring tourism supervision agencies.All these treasures are not only suitable for Yingkou city,but also be applied to other cities as a universal theory which can give other governments’ some references in terms of improving government supervision. |
