Research On Strategic Management Of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Business Department

At present,China's economic development has entered the "new normal",and the economic restructuring has put forward higher requirements for the deepening of financial reform.The RMB internationalization,the opening of the capital account,the reform of the registration system and the reform of the state-owned enterprises have been comprehensively promoted,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the capital market.With the development of the securities industry's all-round innovation,the management logic,business model and service function of the securities companies have all begun to change and transform.How to resist risk,seize opportunity,strengthen the strengths and circumvent weaknesses in the reform trend,and thus improve the competitiveness,is the urgent need to the Ningbo Sales Department of Shenwan Hongyuan securities.In this paper,comprehensive use of strategic management related theories and methods,Shen Wanhongyuan Ningbo Sales Department in-depth analysis of the development strategy.First of all,the paper reviews the relevant theories and methods of strategic management,and puts forward the analysis framework of this article;Then through the status analysis and problem diagnosis,find out the Ningbo business department development problems and needs to improve the direction;Then use the”five force model”,evaluation matrix and other analysis methods to analyze the internal and external environment of Ningbo Sales Department,and make clear the advantages and disadvantages of Ningbo Sales Department,external opportunities and risks;Finally,SWOT analysis is adopted to analyze and select the strategy,and the guarantee system of strategy implementation is analyzed.The research suggests that Ningbo sales department should carry out diversification strategy and differentiation strategy.While paying attention to new business development and implementing diversification strategy,we should also focus on advantageous business,such as stock pledge business.While paying attention to product innovation and service innovation,technological innovation and business process optimization should also be continued.We should strengthen the training of qualified personnel and the cultivation of enterprise culture so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
