The Evaluation And Empirical Study On Quality Infrastructure Of Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprises In Gansu

Quality infrastructure,which supports and serves the various fields of the national economy,is an internationally recognized cornerstone for improving the competitiveness of quality,a technical rule that guarantees the orderly operation of the national economy,and an important technological means for enhancing international competitiveness.The major developed countries and regions of the world have put the improvement of quality infrastructure capabilities into their development strategies.At present,the national quality infrastructure level of China is far from the developed countries.Accelerating the development of quality infrastructure has become a major strategic demand for economic and social development.The implementation of the "Belt and Road Initiative" has transformed Gansu from the inland hinterland of reform and opening up to the frontier opening to the west,which brought a series of favorable policies and market opportunities to Gansu.This research focuses on the core concept of Quality Infrastructure of mechanical manufacturing enterprises in Gansu.According to the "conceptual deconstruction—system modeling—practical application" research framework,the connotation characteristics of the quality infrastructure and the construction of the evaluation model are systematically studied.This article takes the machinery manufacturing enterprises as specific field.On the basis of the literature research and the connotation characteristics,linking with the “Quality and Technology Basic Survey Questionnaire” issued by the State Quality Supervision Bureau,and combining with experts' opinions,the basic evaluation index system is constructed.This system includes 5 dimensions(standardization,measurement,inspection and testing,certification and accreditation capability,basic resources and cultural construction),and 20 specific indicators.According to the index system itself,independent hierarchical structure characteristics,the weight of each index is determined by using ANP,with the help of Super Decisions assistant calculation.Furthermore the model is built using Fuzzy,and through empirical study to verify the scientific and feasibility of the model.Finally,in view of the investigation of the status quo and the outstanding problems reflected in the empirical results,the article proposes suggestions for promoting the quality infrastructure construction of mechanical manufacturing enterprises in Gansu.
