Commercial banks play an increasingly important role in modern society.As a result of the modern economy to commercial banks as the main financial system of dependence,commercial banks in the event of a crisis,a country and the world economy will suffer a great disaster.Therefore,commercial banks to strengthen internal control,it is essential.The recent subprime mortgage crisis,caused by US commercial banks,has had a serious impact,and many banks have gone bankrupt and the global economy has struggled.The occurrence of these events basically has a common root,that is,internal control ineffective.These commercial banks have actually built their own internal control systems,but their internal control systems are either flawed or performed well enough.Therefore,the commercial banks to make their own internal control level continues to improve,not only focus on the internal control system construction,but also should pay attention to internal control evaluation,use its supervision and control role,the effect of internal control to make timely feedback,thus revealing Internal control system to ensure that it can be effectively implemented,the only way to promote the continuous improvement of commercial banks within the control.It can be seen that the internal control evaluation has an irreplaceable role for commercial banks,and it is necessary to pay attention to the internal control evaluation of commercial banks and to carry out active research on them.In this paper,the internal control evaluation index system of M Bank X Branch is constructed by using AHP,which takes into account the influence of process and result,mainly focusing on process evaluation.With the analytic hierarchy process,we show the relative importance of these indicators in quantitative form,and then obtain the weight of each level index,and further obtain the scores of each level index,making the commercial bank internal control evaluation of quantitative may.From the actual results of the internal control evaluation,the internal control process evaluation,the result evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation score of the Bank Bank X branch are 82.7 points,87.4 points and 84.1 points respectively,which are the "better" level,which indicates that the M bank X Branch of the overall internal control is good,the establishment of a more perfect internal control system.However,the score on the individual sub-item is not high,especially the risk assessment of this sub-index score is relatively low(76.7 points),there is still room for improvement.Through the empirical research of this paper,it is found that the risk assessment is the internal control sub-item of the Bank X.The banks need to combine their own internal and external environment,make reasonable use of their own resources,effectively identify the risks,Active response,thereby reducing the response time,timely development of coping strategies to prevent risks,especially systemic financial risks.M Bank X Branch internal control process evaluation and results evaluation of the two-pronged comprehensive application for the evaluation of internal control of commercial banks in China has a good reference to facilitate the other industry to facilitate the simulation and application,so as to regulate the entire banking system and their own behavior and help to quantify bank risk.
