| Farmers' Cooperative,as an effective type of organization of developing rural economy,has been recognized by most domestic scholars.The development of Farmers' Cooperative h as promoted the agricultural production in China and the formation of scale economy of buyi ng and selling links.And it has provided platforms of making farmers know and use market disciplines and deepening the agricultural management activities.Developing Farmers' Coop erative rapidly is an important segment of the current rural economy construction.This paper combining related concept and theory about farmers' professional cooperative,stated the de veloping status of Farmer's Cooperative in Da Tong Hu District in Hunan Province',vividly and more specifically displayed the district differences on the aspects of business range,the developing mode and the external environment of Farmer's Cooperative in Da Tong Hu Dist rict and so on,concluded the imperfection of operation and management system,the promin ent problems of financing and loaning,not high level service and product quality,not enough vigor of policy support,not enough exertion on the advantages of modern agriculture and s o on and summarized the successful experience,inspiration and classical experience at home and abroad of agriculture technology,collective consciousness,brand consciousness,indus trial restructuring and so on which the local district have to persist in.In the end,to clear the development of Farmer's Cooperative in Da Tong Hu District,combined the reality of this d istrict,we have to increase the supporting vigor from the aspects of finance reform,integrati on of resources,brand creating and building,the cultivation of professional farmers and so o n and fully exert the Farmers' Cooperative's active function and important significance on th e aspects of raising the agricultural productivity,improvement of farmers' living level,boosti ng the development of rural economy,speeding up the industrial structure optimization and so on. |
