Abstract/Summary:
In the project organization,technicians,professional engineers and other middle and low level managers work family conflict seriously,during the project work,the psychological mood swings and the turnover phenomenon is more serious.Based on the above question,it is of great significance to study the job burnout status of the employees in the work and family conflict and the intention of their dimission.This paper studies using the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey research of project staff conflict between work and family status,the classification and recognition and studied respectively with the project relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of employees,and about whether the job burnout in turnover intention and project member work family conflict mediation effect between hypothesis testing.In addition,this study based on the theory of social exchange and combined with the project manager in the engineering project organization resources control rights is bigger,with the staff from level close to this unique industry attribute,the support to relevant organizations and superior leadership construct the basis of the theory,in the study of paper discusses the support are the employees of the project to project manager,under the influence of family conflict caused by the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of whether can rise to adjust the buffer role.In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the relevant theoretical literature,this paper makes a semi structured interview study by selecting the related engineering technology and managers of different roles and different positions of different roles in 7 projects.On the basis of related interview research,the relevant theories of the thesis are put forward in combination with the existing theories.Research model and theory research hypothesis.In the process of research,the collection and collection of specific data is mainly carried out through online and offline questionnaires.During the questionnaire survey,360 questionnaires were issued.The areas involved in the survey included Sichuan,Chongqing,Guangdong,Shanghai,Turkey,Vietnam and other foreign regions.The respondents mainly included the owners,general packages,civil construction,mechanical and electrical installation,design consultation and supervision in the project.Each stakeholder.Through SPSS22 statistical software are studied in this paper research on recycling get 301 valid questionnaires conducted a multivariate statistical analysis,through the relevant data validation,seven hypotheses proposed thesis research institute are verified.The final conclusion of the paper includes: the greater the conflict degree of the working family,the more serious is the job burnout.The greater the degree of conflict,the more likely it is to have a more serious dimission tendency.The job burnout of project staff will positively affect their turnover intention;Job burnout plays an intermediary role in the relationship between work-family conflict and dimission tendency.The project manager’s support plays a role in adjusting the relationship between the work family conflict and job burnout and turnover intention.Finally,the present situation of management practice is integrated with the conclusion of the paper,and the Suggestions are put forward for the future project management practice.
