Research On Financing Structure Of Listed Transportation Enterprises For Profitable Capability

On February 3^rd,2017,the State Council of the People's Republic of China issued?the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Modern and Comprehensive Transportation System?,which described a great blueprint for the modern transportation industry in the future.As an important cornerstone of national economy,the development of transportation industry plays a significant role in the enhancement of comprehensive national strength of China and the realization of Chinese Dream.The development of the transportation industry relies on the growth of the transport enterprises,especially the large-scale listed transport enterprises,and the huge up-front investment and investment in fixed assets make the listed transport enterprises have a strong demand for financing.Therefore,it is necessary to study the financing structure of the listed transport enterprises and their profitability,so that the listed transport enterprises to make better financing decision-making,improve the profitability of enterprises.Based on the theory of financing structure and profitability and the research of predecessors,this paper takes the financing structure of listed transportation enterprises as the research object,and analyzes the data of 97 listed transportation enterprises.The data mining method is used for statistical analysis and demonstration the study.First of all,the proportion of the proportion of the financing data of the listed transportation enterprises is clustered,and seven financing structures are identified.Secondly,seven kinds of financing structure and profitability index are analyzed,and two kinds of financing structures with insufficient correlation degree are removed.The association rules of the five kinds of financing structure and profitability are obtained through screening.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of five financing structures and profitability and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the financing structure selection of listed transportation enterprises.In this paper,the possible innovations and research values are presented in two aspects:first,the innovation of research methods,the use of data mining research methods,the establishment of"clustering+association rules"empirical research model;second,for profitability Five kinds of specific financing structure,has a certain application value.
