Research On The Evaluation Of Inclusive Financial Developing Level In Shandong Province

By the end of 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the eighth through the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on some decided “deepen the reform of the explicitly development of financial inclusion,encourage financial innovation,abundant levels of financial markets and products "written into the party's governance program.Shandong is a traditional agricultural province and a large population,In this paper,the domestic and foreign scholars for the study on the connotation of Inclusive Finance,inclusive financial measurement and its impact factors of literature at home and abroad were summarized and classified,to find out the inside and outside scholar research deficiencies and gaps.First,the overview of the development of inclusive financial in Shandong Province,the overviews of Inclusive Finance from policy support,financial institutions and financial business innovation and other aspects of the description.Financial consumer fees to diversifying financial needs and participate in the contradiction of inclusive finance financial institutions structure of a single.Then,further to the development level of Inclusive Finance in 2005-2014‘s vertical comparison,and select the 22 provinces and cities in 2014,the development level of its inclusive financial vertical comparison.Study shows that,Shandong province inclusive financial level,.Inclusive financial geography and population penetration level of development better,financial institutions,network coverage degree is high,bank cards and other payment services for vulnerable groups penetration degree,to agriculture and poverty students financial services were higher than the national average level,this paper also puts forward some suggestions and opinions for the development of Inclusive Finance in Shandong province.Through the qualitative analysis of the problems existing in the development of Inclusive Finance in Shandong Province,and the quantitative evaluation of its development,enrich the existing research results of inclusive financial development.In practice,it is also conducive to the development of Inclusive Finance to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Shandong Province,and to promote the reform of its financial structure.
